No Adult Sites or Adult Oriented Data will be hosted/stored on our servers. Period.
 
RBMS Pricing
RBMS services are offered in Several Levels. On the first day of each month, you will be billed for your AVERAGE Monthly Data Storage for the previous Month. This average will determine the Pricing Level you will be billed for.
 
Mail Services
Mail Services are available and offered to our customers for their use in relaying messages as long as they do NOT constitute 'Spamming'.

Spamming - We have a strict anti-spam policy and will not hesitate to pursue whatever legal recourse necessary to enforce this policy. Unsolicited, commercial mass e-mailing (known as "spamming") is a strongly disfavored practice among Internet users and service providers. Because of recent increases in the practice and use of spam on the Internet by individuals and organizations in recent months, the resources of many Internet and Web related service providers have been strained to the point where interruption and loss of business and/or business services have resulted. We consider the most horrendous offenses of spamming to be those involving the unauthorized use of third party Email sending and/or relaying resources/software.

Our policy is simple - If you SPAM, your SERVICE WILL BE CANCELLED with NO REFUNDS of any kind.
 
Distribution
Distribution of Illegal Software,Information, or Files - Sites that exist to transport,offer, or distribute illegal software or information ("warez" sites) are not allowed. NO HACKS, CRACKS, OR WAREZ....Don't even try the "Educational Purposes only" routine!
 
Other Activities, whether lawful or unlawful, that we determine to be harmful to our customers, operations or network will result in the discontinuation of service to the party responsible for the disruption/activities and possibly legal repercussions. Any of these violations will result in your data being removed and your account being cancelled with NO Refunds of any kind.
 
Report Abuse
Complaints about violators of our policies should be referred to Abuse@WebFoxStudio.com.
 
Server/Resources Abuse
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a server is strictly prohibited.

The Client agrees to reasonable server CPU, memory, as well as bandwidth determined by THE WEB FOX STUDIO, Inc.

Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold THE WEB FOX STUDIO, Inc. harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against THE WEB FOX STUDIO, Inc., its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assignees. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless THE WEB FOX STUDIO, Inc. against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with THE WEB FOX STUDIO, Inc. servers; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party and (3) copyright infringement.

Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our sole discretion.

THE WEB FOX STUDIO, Inc. will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. THE WEB FOX STUDIO, Inc. makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. THE WEB FOX STUDIO, Inc. disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, and any and all service interruptions caused by THE WEB FOX STUDIO, Inc. and its employees.
 
THE WEB FOX STUDIO, INC does not warrant that the functions contained in these Web pages or the Internet website will meet the client's requirements or that the operation of the Web pages will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Web pages and website is with client. In no event will THE WEB FOX STUDIO, INC be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these Web pages or website, even if THE WEB FOX STUDIO, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
